Brentwood Bay has its marina, cafés and a small-village feel, while Saanichton offers everyday shopping and services close to home. Both villages have townhouses and newer homes within an easy walk of the essentials, a good fit if you’re looking to simplify without leaving the Peninsula.
Beyond the villages, quiet country roads lead to family homes and rural properties with room to grow, garden or simply breathe. Victoria and Sidney are both an easy drive away, and the airport and ferries are close by.
